Crestwood Sunday Market Vendor InformatioN

By entering Crestwood Sunday Market, Vendor agrees to comply with all rules and regulations and agrees to indemnify Crestwood Sunday Market and hold harmless from any and all claims, including cost of defense of any claim resulting from Vendor/seller activities on Crestwood Sunday Market properties. Sales of counterfeit merchandise are strictly prohibited, and by accepting these rules and regulations, Vendor indemnifies Crestwood Sunday Market from any legal actions taken regarding counterfeit merchandise.

CRESTWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL ENFORCE ALL LOCAL ORDINANCES.

• Crestwood Sunday Market reserves the right to refuse admission to any vendor or customer.
• Vendor fee: $28 per space (approximately 27'X20')
• Additional $7 per vendor for vendors approved by management to sell food, snacks, candy, or over-the-counter medicines
• Setup time: 6AM to 8AM
• Additional $10 per vendor for 5AM to 6:30AM early setup

Regulations

1. Spaces must be vacated by 2PM or by time posted upon entry for special events.

2. Management will assign spaces upon entry on a first-come-first-served basis.

3. Management will direct parking and vehicle placement within spaces.

4. No space subleasing allowed.

5. No rainchecks. No refunds.

6. Vendor is required to collect tax where applicable and must carry liability insurance that indemnifies Crestwood Sunday Market from all incidents and claims (including cost of defense of any claim resulting from vendor activities on Crestwood Sunday Market property).

General Vendor Rules

1. Sales of the following are forbidden:

• Firearms
• Ammunition
• Explosives
• Alcohol
• Tobacco
• Animals
• Pornography
• Counterfeit merchandise

2. No food or beverages may be sold without prior approval of the general manager. This includes candy, beverages, ice cream or frozen confections, etc.

3. Vendors should keep their selling areas clean, including sweeping and removing all debris and trash, empty boxes, and unsold merchandise from your space before leaving. If your space is not left clean, you will be fined, and you will not be allowed to return to sell at the Market.

4. Canopies and umbrellas must be secured with 40 pound weights. No stakes or nails may be driven into the surface of the parking lot. During excessive wind events, management will require the immediate removal of canopies, umbrellas, and items that could create a safety hazard.

5. Volume levels on electronics shall be kept at a level that does not disturb neighboring vendors.

6. Excessive noise, amplified sound, bullhorns, or excessive shouting is prohibited.

7. No animals allowed on property other than certified service animals.

8. No distribution of political material, advertising handbills, etc. in the aisles or parking lots.

9. No walking sales in aisles or parking lots.

10. Additional vendor parking available in customer parking lot.

Food Trucks and Trailers

1. Require prior approval of General Manager

2. License issued by Crestwood Village must be displayed

3. Compliance with all state and county health laws required

4. Food vendors must carry liability insurance no less than $300,000 and name Crestwood Sunday Market and the Village of Crestwood as additional insured. Must agree to hold Crestwood Marketplace and the Village of Crestwood harmless.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM CRESTWOOD SUNDAY MARKET
